Libri Grant Application: Pamela has completed application and submitted it. Grant will be awarded on January 31, 2006. Jen says there is another grant opportunity from Children’s Literacy Foundation (CLiF), and that they are looking into applying for this. AED: Jen called the Fire Dept again and still hasn’t been able to reach the person there who can supposedly help us with this issue. Dale has offered to try to get in touch with this man (Brent, 674-2113). Dale pointed out that there is a “hidden” cost with the AED--the training needed to use it. The man at the FD thought our people might be able to be trained with them, for free. Lock on Bathroom Door: Not installed yet, needs a hole sawn, Jen is working on it. : | |

Auditor: Friend Pat Meader agreed to do the audit for us again this year. Trustee Fundraising: They raised what they needed (about $3,600) and we gave them the matching funds we pledged ($1,811.50). Staff Gifts: Motion: To give end-of-year gifts of $100 to Sarah, Amy, and Nancy, and $150 to Jen. Passed unanimously. : | |

| Kerry: asked if the Friends would be interested in funding a closed circuit television for the library’s sight-impaired patrons. She will bring more information next meeting. | |
