Book Sales: Book Nook took in $70; Lobby, $15. The Tour: Seven libraries and 28 stores signed up. | |

AED: Dale still hasn't spoken with Brent at the Firehouse. Board will decide next month what to do about the AED. Lock on bathroom door: Not yet installed. Dale suggests we need a handyman for these sorts of odd jobs. Under consideration. | |
| New Business | |

Shopping Tour 2006: Dale wants 4000 shoppers next year, with the goal of 20% of that total actually doing some shopping. He wants no solicitation mailings, or an initial sign-up fee. He wants to find grant money to cover expenses. Also wants more stores and a longer shopping period, perhaps an additional ten days. Other Fundraisers 2006: A film festival was suggested, perhaps silent films with live accompaniment. Jen will look into this further. Town Meeting/Library Budget: Library Trustees are asking the town for $55,000 this year. Question raised about how to get out the vote for the library this year. Bert Frothingham's gift: Bert gifted the Friends $2,500 right before she died. Dale suggests using the money to make a memorial to her. Looking for suitable ideas. | |
