IN: 1) Letter from the Byrne Foundation, granting $4,000 to the Friends for use in promoting and running the Tour this year; 2) $50 donation from Crofter Cummings; 3) Request from Libri Foundation for a report after the children's books arrive. OUT: Thank you to the Byrne Foundation and Cummings. | |

Book Sales: Motion: To take out an ad in the Observer (~$35) with notice asking for book donations. Approved unanimously. Kerry will take care of this. The Bald Soprano: Cancelled for lack of auditioners. The Tour: Quechee and Plainfield are signed up for coming Tour. Sweepstakes portion has been discontinued. Participants will have free enrollment, 10% off purchases, and 10% of sales will come to the sponsor for distribution. | |

The Vote: Budget approved. Past four years of vote results are on the Library website. AED: Awaiting trustee approval. Lock on Bathroom Door: Still not done. CCTV: Kerry is waiting for an information packet. Question raised as to where to put the CCTV if acquired. Bert's Memorial: This will be the CCTV if finally approved for purchase. Fundraising Ideas: "My Windsor" calendar. Needs underwriting and a manager. Trustee Renewal Gift: Another decal. Heather to design. | |
