Attending Board Members: Robert Pantel, President; Dale Copps, Secretary; Karen Woodward, Treasurer; Jen Cary; Karen Tyler. Absent Board Members: Pamela Bagley, Vice President; Paula Dart. Other Friends Attending: Grace Batesole.
Call to Order: 7:02 p.m.
Approve Minutes, June 8, 2006 - Approved without changes.
Approve Agenda - Approved without changes.
Treasurer's Report
	Previous Month's Income: $762.38 Previous Month's Expenses: $151.54 Accounts Payable: $317.79 Motion to Adopt: Passed unanimously.
Managers' Reports
	Book Sales: The July Book Sale grossed $1,906.85, with approximately $65 in expenses. Motion: To remit 10% of the net proceeds to the Heritage Days Committee. Passed unanimously.
Unfinished Business
	Fundraising 2006: Motion: To adopt "Read to Me!" for a fall fundraiser. Passed unanimously Friends Membership Flyer: Tabled until the August meeting. CPR/BLS Training: Motion: To provide and pay for CPR/BLS training for up to five individuals associated with the library, including the three staff librarians, at a cost of approximately $200. Passed unanimously. Library Repairs: Tabled until the August meeting.
New Business
	Representative to 7/20 Trustee Meeting: Jennifer Cary to represent Friends.
