Treasurer's Report
	Previous Month's Income: $49.93 Previous Month's Expenses: $8.00 Motion to Adopt: Passed unanimously.

	Book Sales: No motions. Read to Me: No motions.
Unfinished Business
	Library Repairs: Motion: To write a thank you letter to David Rhoad for his work on the door lock and window. Passed unanimously. Copier: Motion: To purchase Savin SP C210SF from Magee, subject to assurance that black printing/copying can be set as default. Passed unanimously.
New Business
	Moondance: Motion: To take a table at Moondance for purposes of publicizing Read to Me and pitching Friends memberships. Passed unanimously. Board Matters: Motion: To declare a vacancy in the Board, vacating Paula Dart's seat, as provided in Article V, Section 6, of the Bylaws. Passed unanimously.
