FRIENDS OF WINDSOR LIBRARY

Board Members present: Pamela Bagley(acting president), Mark Eyerman, Beth Carlson, Ruth Doiron

Corrections to March minutes: Mark will not receive database due to having no computer. It is unclear where the new member information is located.

Old Business:

1) A winner for the Bert Frothingham award was chosen. The winner will be invited to the annual meeting and the award will be presented then. Beth will get contact info from Jen to find out if Bertha Frothingham’s daughter (Jane Gurney) would be interested in presenting the award. An invitation will be sent to invite her to the annual meeting. If the daughter will not be able to present the award, we will ask Dale Copps if he would like to do the honors.

2) The recipient of this year’s Outstanding Service Award was chosen and that award will be presented at the annual meeting. Mark will arrange for the plaque engraving.

3) Several names came up as possible board members for next year. Invitations will be sent to nominees to attend the meeting and hopefully accept their nomination. Board members will provide snacks for the meeting.

New Business:

Annual Meeting: April 26^th at 9am will be the mailing “party” for annual meeting letters. Beth will find out if envelopes can be printed. Friends will chip into the Trustees bulk mailing rate so we can use that .

Next meeting is the annual meeting on May 18^th at 2pm.
