Ms. Huntington lives in Williston. She is the author and illustrator of One Monday, a 5-star reader favorite on Amazon.com, and the illustrator of the upcoming Grandma Drove the Garbage Truck, by Katie Clark, to be published next spring. The old farmhouse she lives in looks out on Camel’s Hump Mountain and, in the summer, “curious cows peer in our windows from across the road.” She has a chicken whose feathers turn inside out in a high wind, and who was the inspiration for One Monday.
