I/we wish to attend the Art on a Limb artists’ reception and auction on Sunday, October 16, 2005, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Harvest Inn Room of the Ascutney Mountain Resort, West Windsor, VT. A check for $25 per person, made out to the event sponsor, Friends of Windsor Library, is enclosed. I understand that this registration fee may be credited to a bid on one or more leaves at the auction or may be taken as a charitable tax deduction.
