Downloadable Audio Books!

At last! Downloadable audio books have come to the Windsor Library. Thanks to the Green Mountain Library Consortium, organized by Stowe Librarian Stephanie Chase, you can now download audiobooks to your home computer, then listen to them on your computer or copy them to your MP3 player for listening on the go!

First Step: Go to the library with your library card and receive your own personal login number. Then go to Listen Up, Vermont! and start downloading books today! You are limited to two checkouts at a time, for a period of seven days. The vendor supports many MP3 players (the list is on the site); however, the iPod is not one of them.
