Partners in Community
Begun in 1999, Partners in Community offers businesses, corporations, service organizations, and individuals the opportunity to underwrite special library programs or materials collections.

Participation in Partners in Community is tax deductible in accordance with the Library's 501(c)(3) corporation status.

Participants in Partners in Community may be recognized through reports, media coverage, bookplates, advertising for the sponsored program, and/or certificates on display at the Library. The Windsor Public Library promotes literacy and education in a non-partisan environment. As such, Partners in Community does not represent or endorse any product, service, or viewpoint.

Underwriting covers full or partial cost of program operation for one year.

Where programs include purchase of new materials for the permanent collection, items will be identified with bookplates acknowledging the underwriter. Selection of new materials will be made by the librarians in accordance with program goals and in compliance with the general materials selection policy of the Library.

Costs for programs range between $100 and $3,000 per year. A list of programs follows. Please contact the Library at 802-674-2556 for further information or to suggest a program in keeping with your interests or your ability to give.
